The Website currently serves as a brand showcase and pre-launch Priority List registration channel. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kanpur, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Subject to arbitration, the courts located in Kanpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
